Two weeks into a WeWork subscription. An aspect I love is the gear. Most people are just using a pretty vanilla laptop set up like me, with a large minority using a laptop stand and external keyboard.

But some go all the way, with large form factor notebooks, tablets, and external screens, sometimes multiple of each. They sit down, start pulling things out of their bag, and within minutes a fully operational battlestation appears. They can be creative, but unlike a traditional desk set up, there are constraints – it all has to be portable. Calibrated in the morning. Collapsed in the afternoon. No trace left behind.
